1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the website of Orange County Diesel ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), located at 7441 Vincent Circle, Huntington Beach, CA 92648, or engaging our diesel diagnostic, maintenance, and repair services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services.
2. Diesel Repair & Diagnostic Services
We provide professional diesel vehicle inspection, diagnostic, repair, and fleet maintenance services. All estimates provided are good-faith approximations based on initial inspections and diagnostic data. If additional necessary repairs are uncovered during disassembly or service, customer authorization will be obtained before proceeding with supplemental work.
3. Parts and Workmanship Warranty
We stand behind our workmanship. Warranty coverage applies to qualifying repairs performed by our ASE-certified technicians using approved OEM or OEM-equivalent parts. Warranties do not cover damage caused by misuse, racing/competition, neglect, failure to maintain proper fluid levels, or unauthorized third-party alterations.
4. Website Use & Intellectual Property
All content on this website—including text, graphics, logos, images, design elements, and software—is the property of Orange County Diesel or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.
5. No Affiliates or Lead Buying
Orange County Diesel is an independent automotive repair facility. We do not participate in affiliate marketing networks, we do not purchase customer leads from brokers, and we do not sell or license customer information to third parties.
